Job Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Depends on Experience

Job Overview:

Aesthetics Lounge is seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our team. If you are well-spoken, presentable, and passionate about delivering excellent client service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Welcome and guide clients with a warm, professional attitude
✅ Manage appointment bookings and front-desk operations
✅ Handle phone calls, WhatsApp queries, and client follow-ups
✅ Maintain client records and coordinate with the clinical team
✅ Provide accurate information regarding services and treatments

Requirements:

✅ Strong communication & customer service skills
✅ Presentable and professional appearance
✅ Ability to multitask and handle busy environments
✅ Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred)
✅ Basic understanding of aesthetics/beauty services is a plus
