Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Depends on Experience

Job Overview:

Aesthetics Lounge is looking for a female Customer Support Representative with strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Applicants must have prior call center experience and be comfortable managing client interactions across calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Respond to WhatsApp messages, calls, and online inquiries
✅ Guide clients regarding treatments, services, and pricing
✅ Maintain follow-ups and track client responses
✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinical team
✅ Provide excellent aftercare support and ensure client satisfaction
✅ Maintain organized logs of leads and communication

Requirements:

✅ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✅ Strong command over WhatsApp communication and phone handling
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
✅ Prior experience in customer support (preferred)
✅ Knowledge of aesthetics/beauty services is a plus
✅ Strong responsibility and time management skills
