Timings: 03:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview:

Aesthetics Lounge is looking for a professional Female Customer Care Representative with 2–3 years of experience. At our clinic, customer care is not just about answering calls — it’s about creating trust, comfort, and memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent booking ability, and experience handling client interactions professionally across calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle incoming calls & WhatsApp inquiries professionally
✅ Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
✅ Guide clients about services, procedures, and pricing
✅ Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture leads until conversion
✅ Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
✅ Maintain CRM & client records accurately
✅ Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth daily operations

Requirements:

✅ 2–3 years of customer service experience
✅ Call center experience will be a strong plus
✅ Strong customer booking and lead nurturing skills
✅ Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English)
✅ Confident, polite & well-presented personality
✅ Ability to handle and manage client queries calmly
✅ Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets & CRM handling)
