Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Assistant to support our aesthetic procedures and manage client care at the clinic. A background in medical sciences or relevant fields is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures and treatments
✅ Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sterilised and ready
✅ Welcome patients and ensure their comfort before, during, and after treatments
✅ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the clinic
✅ Manage patient files and record treatment details accurately
✅ Guide patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions
✅ Handle appointment scheduling and basic front desk tasks when required
✅ Ensure inventory of medical supplies is maintained
✅ Support daily clinical operations to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

✅ Diploma/Certification in Medical or Nursing
✅ Strong communication & organizational skills
✅ Passion for aesthetics & patient care
✅ Punctual and Presentable
